The Committee is convening a Special General Meeting on Tuesday, 1 September, 6pm to elect a new committee to deal with club matters as the coronavirus outbreak continues. The meeting will be held online using Zoom and is open to all club members.

In order to keep the meeting brief, traditional AGM reports will be distributed beforehand, where available, and approval of last year’s AGM minutes will take place at next year’s AGM.

Any member may propose a motion to be discussed at the meeting provided that written notice is emailed to Trish Frew ([email protected]) by Tuesday, 25 August.
